AddressCurrent Opportunity – Senior Management Accountant
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy Senior Management Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management accounting, financial analysis, business partnering, and reporting. This role offers the opportunity to work in a large organisation, driving financial performance, building relationships across the business, and enhancing our reporting capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse management accounts, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance across cross centres.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand business requirements and provide financial support and guidance.
- Contribute to the budgeting process, including preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements, supporting informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial reporting and analysis.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CA or CPA equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of five years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong experience in Power Query.
- Experience with Power BI is desirable, with a willingness to learn and grow your skillset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Eagerness to stay adaptable and embrace new methodologies and technologies as we expand our reporting and analytics capabilities.
