Our Client is a consultancy currently going through growth across the ANZ and APAC region. This consultancy specialises in Procurement & Supply Chain activities, with offices across APAC.
Due to continued growth, this role has been created to support the business to take advantage of their accomplishments thus far and look to drive their procurement practice forward even further!
ROLE
This role will specifically focus on for leading strategic client engagements, focusing on delivering value through ICT procurement activities. Your role will involve partnering with clients to understand requirements, develop business relationships, pitch for work with the team and then ultimately deliver projects with a team of resources.
Specifically, you will:
- Lead complex and strategic sourcing activities for clients, specifically across ITC categories
- Develop strategies to improve value to the business including cost savings, processes and serviceability
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure maximum efficiency on both the internal and supply side
- Support the business with business development activities through your work (not a core focus)
- 5+ years high level experience with ITC categories, preferably within large scale and complex environments
- Proven track record of delivering sizeable Sourcing projects on time and on target
- Someone with a mix of Public & Private sector experience would be great but not mandatory
- Strong communication, influencing and organisation skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Project Management
