• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Have a solid understanding of retail
• Hold Chef qualifications or equivalent industry experience
• Understanding of local marketplace and seasonal trends
• Understand food safety standards and hold a Food Handling Certificate
• Have the ability to work in a busy local retail environment
