Remuneration: $137,173 per annum to $163,431 per annum + super and annual leave loading
Location: Rozelle with relocation to State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park in 2024

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Manager Acute Care Programs will lead, manage, promote, and implement strategic change management initiatives that improve the level and quality of Acute Care initiatives at NSW Ambulance. This role will also provide high level advice throughout the organisation on Acute Care. The role will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to lead the innovation of new programs, frameworks, and Models of Care. This position will be responsible for undertake the full role of project management activities including project planning, stakeholder negotiation, and milestone reporting.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:
  • AHPRA registered clinician in a related field(eg paramedicine or emergency)
  • Demonstrated interest in Acute Care in an out of hospital environment.
  • Demonstrated people leader with a proven track record in managing, leading, and supporting multidisciplinary teams and in building and maintaining strong, cohesive teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading all aspects of large-scale health programs and initiatives.
  • Proven ability to prioritise, manage expectations, proactively make recommendations, and manage risk.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the structure and processes of government, understanding of the Australian and NSW Healthcare systems.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated high level verbal and written communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
