A day in the life:
As Sr. Brand Manager, you will be responsible for bringing lululemon brand to Consumers and our Guests through various initiatives and campaigns across a variety of channels. You will inspire, guide and lead collaboration with cross-functional partners and global partners to develop and execute integrated global brand initiatives. You are the internal connectors within the brand team and the go to person to initiate campaigns that deliver into the brand vision.
- Drive the 5-year strategic plan for priority activities and categories; in partnership with the Brand + Community Director you will plan how we will achieve established brand KPIs and its contribution to the company
- Create, establish and validate activity positioning and UPOVs
- Owner of campaign strategy, brief creation and channel collaboration and steering to create integrated go-to-market brief for Tier 1-3 campaigns
- Create briefs for all market initiatives; responsible for insight development, establishing campaign KPIs, target audience, and working with cross-functional partners to ensure brief captures needs.
- Establish and lead the measurement, listening, reporting, and use of consumer and business insights to advise strategies and approaches.
- Set and oversee management and tracking of global platform brand objectives and KPIs
- Manage in-market media agency: identifying ways to grow audiences and improve awareness.
- Partner with the performance marketing team on measurement, attribution, and consumer journey mapping
- Oversee and deliver an innovative social media strategy for current and potential channels enabling channel growth and engagement.
- Drive the brand go-to-market process in partnership with Creative Operations
- Assign and help manage budget for campaigns in partnership with Brand Operations, and Channel partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Global experience, behaviour and mindset
- Effective and collaborative stakeholder manager across the organization
- Expert negotiator, influencer and relationship builder
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a fast environment
- Experience working with Meta Business Suite (organic & paid features)
- Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenging deliverables.
