They provide tailored solutions for their clients and work with a diverse portfolio, ranging from SMEs, up to larger multi-entity clients turning over circa $50Million. Due to increased demand from clientele in the past year, they are looking to continue growing and expanding their team.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

They are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Tax and Business Services Senior Manager / Supervisor to lead an Accounting team!

This will be a diverse role where no day will look the same. If you are also interested in driving improvement, then this is a great opportunity for you to share your innovative ideas, promote strategic changes and partake in Business Development. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Managing a client portfolio. 
• Leading a team - reviewing, allocating and supporting development. 
• Providing advisory services and undertaking compliance duties. 
• Communicating with a range of individuals. 
• Providing solutions and developing business processes. 
• Onboarding clients.
• Working closely with leadership team and partners. 

• Team bonus structure.  
• Monthly and quarterly training and development initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

• Ideally 5-6 + years Australian Public Practice experience with CA/CPA Qualifications. 
• Experienced undertaking financial statements, and tax returns for all entities. 
• Desire to progress long-term within the business. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team in a similar environment.
