This position is part of Intuit Australia's world-class Sales organisation supporting the Small Business & Self-Employed Group (SBSEG). You will be responsible for the development, implementation and results of a team of Chanel Partnership Managers, also known as Partner Managers. Our Partner Managers are responsible for supporting the success of accounting and bookkeeping firms (collectively 'advisors') as they navigate digitisation strategies for their business and their clients. This is a people management and senior sales leadership role ideally suited to an experienced people manager. You will have a background in leading high-performance sales teams and developing Channel Sales strategies. You will understand what's required to build a fun, high-energy, and consistently successful phone-based sales team. Metrics matter, and you will understand how to analyse data to gain meaningful business insights. The role will involve strategy development, strategy execution, coaching, and mentoring and will play a key role in shaping the success of Intuit Quickbooks Australia.

Intuit Australia's Sales organisation is a multi-channel organization focused on building customer confidence by providing Accountants and Small Businesses with the tools they need to thrive. Our Sales Managers are expected to understand how Accountants, Bookkeepers and Small Businesses work, the challenges they face, know the Intuit ecosystem of products, tailor solutions and understand the competitor landscape. Our leaders roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. They're transparent, engaging and genuinely care for the well-being of our employees and our advisors.

Responsibilities

  • Expert level understanding of sales process and Intuit Sales playbooks

  • Leads projects with excellence, working effectively independently and in cross functional teams, juggling multiple priorities simultaneously with no impact to team results

  • Through coaching and leadership, develops a culture of effectively managed change, supported by empathetic, logical, direct communication

  • Effective and engaging regular presentation at department All Hands

  • Profile and influence effective at the Director level

  • An empowered team of Partner Managers is accountable to maintain strong knowledge of product, differentiators, value proposition and advisor value creation through your deep and vast knowledge of Intuit product suite, competitor offerings and value creation at a ROI level

  • A continuously developing, appropriately resourced, highly engaged, target hungry, advisor obsessed Partner Manager team within the broader landscape of talent capability needs across the whole business unit

  • Leads with a clear vision by:

  • These Partner Managers will drive exceptional customer experience and strive to achieve revenue goals. They will be resilient and respond to challenges with constructive suggestions

  • These Partner Managers will be passionate about advisors, and relish the success derived from consistent performance

  • This team sets new benchmarks for CRM hygiene and understands good data means better results for customers, themselves and all of Intuit
