This position is part of Intuit Australia's world-class Sales organisation supporting the Small Business & Self-Employed Group (SBSEG). You will be responsible for the development, implementation and results of a team of Chanel Partnership Managers, also known as Partner Managers. Our Partner Managers are responsible for supporting the success of accounting and bookkeeping firms (collectively 'advisors') as they navigate digitisation strategies for their business and their clients. This is a people management and senior sales leadership role ideally suited to an experienced people manager. You will have a background in leading high-performance sales teams and developing Channel Sales strategies. You will understand what's required to build a fun, high-energy, and consistently successful phone-based sales team. Metrics matter, and you will understand how to analyse data to gain meaningful business insights. The role will involve strategy development, strategy execution, coaching, and mentoring and will play a key role in shaping the success of Intuit Quickbooks Australia.
