Your team
The Customer, Marketing and Communication (CMC) division's purpose is to attract and retain customers through experiences that are not only simple and useful, but also informed by strategy and insight.
The Digital Content and Experience Team, which sits within the CMC division, is responsible for championing experience across all of our digital channels and platforms. With digital interactions fast becoming the preferred way of banking, we are obsessed with creating the best possible Digital Experience for our customers, and we place them at the heart of everything we do.
The role
As Senior Manager, Digital Experience you will work in partnership with Crews to surface CX opportunities, solve problems and create integrated end to end experiences that deliver real value. You will lead a team of talented Experience Designers and Content Designers that support agile Squads across the business.
To be successful in this role you'll need to be big picture thinker but also be capable of navigating complexity to bring strategy to life through delivery. You will have natural business acumen, thrive when finding ways to solve complex problems and showcase unrivalled ability to collaborate with, and influence, stakeholders at all levels.
Your impact and contribution
Lead a cross-disciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture. Play a key role in shaping and influencing roadmap prioritisation of future Digital Experiences across a number of portfolios. Champion customer-led thinking across an agile delivery practice, providing strategic CX expertise and support to Crews. Maintain oversight of many interconnected pieces of work to ensure we are considering experiences holistically and delivering consistently, in line with our CX principles. Identify opportunities to engage agency partners on priority initiatives. Own critical CX projects, including development of business case, briefing, day-to-day project management to delivery of output. Work closely with marketing and comms leaders to drive integrated outcomes, ensuring experiences are considered end-to-to end across all touchpoints. Work in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure Digital Experience is integrated with product CVPs. Be curious and collaborative, working with stakeholders of all levels, including senior leaders. What will you need? Minimum 8 years of relevant experience within a CX field, such as experience design, service design, marketing or product ownership. Significant experience leading teams to foster a collaborative and high performance culture, ideally in a cross functional capacity. Exceptional communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders and collaborate with different teams to drive shared outcomes. Ability to build relationships and influence at senior leader level. Agile qualifications & experience are desirable. Experience with service design techniques such as customer journey mapping & blueprinting Thrives in a fast-paced environment, working on new things, and happy to step out of comfort zone.
