Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. What you'll do
In this role you'll have responsibilities for providing technology business partnership to Woolworths ecosystem partners and adjacency businesses through a robust understanding of their underlying business strategies, processes, and systems. You'll be the key interface between Woolworths Group Technology and the adjacency business for the purpose of relationship management, service management, business technology strategy roadmap development, solution discovery, value creation as well as integration and transition services enabling Woolworths M&A inititaives. Working with the Head of IT - Ecosystem Partnerships, you'll be responsible for the active engagement with the key stakeholders across our adjacency businesses, maximizing the alignment of Group Technology services and innovations aligned to the overall business objectives.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business strategies and facilitate this understanding back into Group Technology. Work to ensure technology requirements are aligned to strategy, and facilitate the Group Technology service delivery in support of the business strategy and requirements.
- With a deep understanding of business and strategic objectives identify opportunities for business improvement and business value through group technology solutions and innovations, supporting through requirements analysis and process design for targeted solutions.
- Coordinating the development of the respective technology roadmap and aligning the related initiatives and projects for the implementation of the agreed capabilities. Work closely with Enterprise and Solution architecture to ensure fit for purpose designs and architecture.
- Be the overall point of contact for escalations in the day to day delivery of IT service, ensuring that operational issues are managed, resolved and communicated appropriately, utilising the existing Technology teams and structures.
- As applicable, provide operating model and process insights, feedback and recommendations to further increase the efficiency of the delivery of Group IT services into adjacency businesses.
- A strong background in IT Business Partnering within a large / complex organisation.
- A knowledge and understanding of technology and technical architecture in a digital environment would be highly desirable.
- The ability to engage senior level stakedholers and partners to drive outcomes.
- Demonstrated successful experience in delivering services from an influencing, horizontal leadership stand-point
- Oustanding communication skills.
