Job Description:- Lead key support across all divisions in ongoing supplier governance and supplier risk management

- Location - Kent Street Sydney (Currently 2-3 days per week in Sydney office)
How will I Help?Our Supplier Governance Support (SGS) team provide holistic support and guidance to Business Owners of Suppliers, in their ongoing management and governance obligations.You will work as part of the CPS230 Chief Product Owner team which represent the Voice of the Customer and act as the final authority on product features (CPS230 Program outcomes), the value these deliver and the business rules which drive them.The SGS team ensures Business Owners and their delegates are supported in their transition to appropriately risk assess and manage their suppliers in accordance with the CPS230 frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, manage and influence strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers
- Understand the organisation wide usage of the suppliers you support
- Act as an escalation point for Supplier Risk Assessment support
- Support regulatory and policy change initiatives
- Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to a wider team
- Drive continuous improvement of the Supplier Risk Assessment and Supplier support model
- Develop, enhance and maintain reporting on Supplier Risk Assessment and Westpac's supplier risk environment

What do I need?- High proficiency and proven experience in supplier governance/ risk management, procurement or relationship management
- Highly effective stakeholder management, communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Leadership experience
- Experience in implementation of supplier governance, due diligence and risk management program of work
- High proficiency in COUPA Risk Assessment (CRA) functionality, process and troubleshooting or similar system based risk assessment tools would be highly beneficial
- Financial sector experience
- Relevant tertiary degree/ qualifications in Risk
