As a key player in this exciting phase, you will collaborate with industry-leading professionals and cater to top-tier clients, engaging in a variety of Forensic Accounting related matters, including high-profile litigation and dispute matters, fraud and corruption investigations, and regulatory investigations across Australia.
The role
As a Senior Manager, your expertise in litigation support services will be a pivotal asset. You will lead a dynamic team in conducting investigative analyses, preparing comprehensive forensic reports, and collaborating closely with our legal practice groups, Data Analytics. Cyber and eDiscovery teams. This role requires delivering top-notch work at both a personal and team level, whilst cultivating strong relationships with internal and external decision-makers to support the growth of the practice.
Skills & experience
To excel in this role, you should be an adept accountant with high-level technical skills and a proven track record in client-facing roles.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Unrestricted working rights in Australia;
A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field.
CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualifications.
Minimum 7 years' experience in Forensic Accounting role, preferably with a mid-tier or Big 4 professional services firm.
Strong disputes and litigation support experience, including financial analysis and modelling, loss quantification, report preparation and presentation of results to clients.
Business development experience (internal and external) and superior client service skills.
Demonstrated team management and career coaching expertise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple engagements, prioritising projects effectively.
Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL or similar advantageous.
