In response to the growing demand for our Financial Services Risk and Regulatory Advisory Services, we are looking to hire a Senior Manager to join us in Melbourne, delivering market leading advice and practical solutions that make a material impact to our clients, our people and society. We are looking for Senior Managers with 4-8 years' experience either in industry or with professional services firms, both globally and here in Australia.If you're an ideas person, problem solver and a hands-on doer, who loves to collaborate, you'll thrive here.We invest in our people, so you will have access to leading training and development opportunities, allowing you to develop both personally and professionally.Some of the work we do includes:
  • Design Regulatory Strategy assessments to analyse requirements and challenges across the current future regulatory horizon
  • Define and implement strategies and governance frameworks to identify, manage and mitigate future regulatory changes
  • Identify, idealise and implement value and efficiency creating solutions to credit and market risk challenges
  • Drive technological transformation and innovation to solve complex challenges in risk, regulation, conduct and compliance
  • Support clients navigate regulatory and risk challenges
  • Transform the ways clients leverage people, technology, data, business processes and controls, to better manage risks and optimise processes
  • Working both autonomously, and closely with colleagues, Directors and Partners to bring the best of our global network and thought leadership to clients, manage large change and business remediation programs, and respond to the requirements of key regulatory bodies
  • Devise and deploy effective communication strategies and supporting materials

You may have all or some of the following skills / experience:
  • Experience in the three lines of defence with a deep understanding of the risks and controls across the end-to-end transaction lifecycle in regulated financial institutions
  • Advanced knowledge of the market and regulatory landscape in Financial Services
  • Proficient in designing and managing large scale change management and operating model programmes in Corporate Banking from business case conception through to implementation
  • Prior experience in supervising regulatory and/or conduct remediation (e.g. The Federal Reserve, APRA, PRA, FCA, EBA, etc.), post M&A integration assessments as well as risk and control reviews in Banking
  • Proven capability to analyse client problems to identifying opportunities, with the confidence to create effective sales material including proposals, RFP responses and other POVs
  • Passion for nurturing and supporting talent with the ability to thrive working in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail with experience in serving clients with distinction
  • Highly developed business communication skills
