You may have all or some of the following skills / experience:
- Experience in the three lines of defence with a deep understanding of the risks and controls across the end-to-end transaction lifecycle in regulated financial institutions
- Advanced knowledge of the market and regulatory landscape in Financial Services
- Proficient in designing and managing large scale change management and operating model programmes in Corporate Banking from business case conception through to implementation
- Prior experience in supervising regulatory and/or conduct remediation (e.g. The Federal Reserve, APRA, PRA, FCA, EBA, etc.), post M&A integration assessments as well as risk and control reviews in Banking
- Proven capability to analyse client problems to identifying opportunities, with the confidence to create effective sales material including proposals, RFP responses and other POVs
- Passion for nurturing and supporting talent with the ability to thrive working in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail with experience in serving clients with distinction
- Highly developed business communication skills
