Formulate consumer centric product strategy (including long range, tentpole, franchise, seasonal) that is commercially viable,driving franchise appeal,growing role of seasonal events to trigger visitation, answering consumer insights and in line with HKDL strategy & priorities.
Define event positioning with multi years strategic intent that inspire the Entertainment/product experiences and later manifest the creative platform development
Develop Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL)fandom strategy for strategic franchises (Duffy, Mickey, Marvel) and identify potential franchises to drive HKDL brand stickiness and revenue. Partner with Commercial teams & departments to portfolio manage franchises with commercially viablesupport model.
Effectively present the product strategy in respective seasonal event brief and franchise activation brief to stakeholders
Bridge commercial team with the product development, with clear articulation of the product strategy and target audience. Integrate commercial team’s points of views and influence the product development to achieve the commercial agenda.
Integrate and seek in-advance input from market team, Magic Access team and commercial teams to develop the overarching commercial strategy to inform by-market go-to-market strategy and commercial team to develop the commercial plan.
Critically evaluate the commercial plan, the event positioning & by-market brief
Lead product strategy team to align and commit to the strategy, and proactive in delivering solutions.
Job Requirements
University graduate, major in marketing/business
At least 10 years of experience of relevant experience
Strong leadership and Team playing with outstanding multiple stakeholders’ management skills.
Good Marketing sense and product experience sense of examining product experiences from consumers, commercial and marketing perspective.
Good strategic, analytical skills and attention to details
Strong proactiveness to take initiatives to raise questions to relevant people and understand business perspectives
Able to promote teamwork, foster teamwork among co-worker and internal clients.
Excellent communications skills, influencing skills, stakeholder management skills and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English
