Job DescriptionBe uniquely you, come as you are Become a key figure in a rare transitionInnovate a grow in a market leading businessThe Senior Manager, Partnerships & Transition is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technology programs for the Endeavour Group and will support the separation of the Endeavour Group from Woolworths. The role will be an essential interface between the Woolworths IT and Endeavour IT Program Teams and will support the successful execution of the Woolworths and Endeavor Technology Partnership Agreement. The role will manage the Transition work stream for technology and will ensure projects are being delivered according to the Endeavour Group Technology roadmap. The Senior Manager, Partnerships & Transition Manager will ensure programs are professionally managed from original concept through to final implementation. Strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and engagement skills are essential in ensuring the successful implementation of these programs and building collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders. The separation of Endeavour systems will include opportunities to merge and grow the Hotel and Retail systems across the Endeavor group collectively contributing to the IT Transformation. This role will contribute significantly to the development of the future state of Endeavour systems. From time to time the role will also support the commercial aspects of Transition and Transformation including financial planning, contract management and vendor relationships.Ensuring all Transition and Transformation projects are aligned to the technology strategy, roadmap and enterprise architecture is a key component of this role.Sound good? Read on.Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:Transition ManagementEnsure projects are being delivered according to the Endeavour Group Technology roadmapIdentify and manage the interdependencies between Transition projects and other programs.Ensure a common understanding of separation events between Endeavour and WoolworthsManage and regularly review the performance of the program against the strategic plan and facilitate removing impediments to the planManage and coordinate the estimation of cost and timing for new projects. Understand the commercial impacts, ensure alignment to strategy and architecture, and coordinate the prioritisation of deliveryIdentify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies for the Transition work streamEstablish and maintain key metrics that demonstrate insights into the performance of the Transition workstream.Ensure projects are managed appropriately across the Transition programs.Relationship ManagementBuild relationships with senior executivesBuild and maintain relationship across the Endeavour Groups Technology DepartmentBuild and maintain relationships with the Woolworths Business Partner and other key Woolworths stakeholdersManage the expectations of the business and other IT departmentsPromote opportunities to solve business needs with process improvement and ITAdvise of work stream, risks, assumptions and dependenciesEnsure regular and appropriate communication with key stakeholdersProvide a reference point for information about Endeavour Information Technology QualificationsNow let’s talk about you: 7-10+ years experience in program management/technology leadership in a large organisationPortfolio management experience / demonstrated ability to be across multiple x domain projects/programs at the same timeExperience in managing complex technology programs and projects.
