- Lead the Specialty Retail North Commercial Finance team to undertake financial analysis and develop commercial insights
- Collaborate closely with the Retail Specialty Retail North Team and site-based operations to drive action plans and foster continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our operations stay ahead of the curve.
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and deliver precise financial reporting to guide strategic decisions.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insightful analyses, both internally and externally, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee invoicing processes to optimize revenue capture and enhance working capital efficiency.
- Provide astute financial analysis to enhance profitability and effectively manage risks.
- Lead impactful commercial negotiations, manage contracts, and craft compelling business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Lead and empower a diverse team of Commercial, Administrative, and Operations Support professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth.
- Minimum 7 – 10 years’ experience in commercial finance.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehousing.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, including cost driver and productivity analysis.
- Previous CAPEX preparation experience valued between $1-10 million.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
- Proven track record in people management.
- Experience in contract negotiations (customer and/or supplier).
- A valid driver's license (car) is essential.
- Familiarity with Power BI is desirable.
