About this opportunity:
Collaborating closely with the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, the Senior Manager, Projects, is responsible for planning and executing business projects aligned with ICC Sydney's Change Management framework and international standards. This role will analyse BMS results, upholding ICC Sydney’s world-class standards and delivering on the philosophy of Constant Small Improvements (CSI).

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, Business relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in quality systems or auditing.
- Proficient Knowledge and understanding in change management.
- Sound Knowledge and understanding in document control systems as required by a quality management system.
- Understanding of relevant food, quality, safety, health and environment policies, procedures and work instructions related to a business Quality Management System.
- Experience in delivering process efficiencies through strategic planning, data analysis and emphasising excellence in all of their tasks.
- Minimum 4 years recent experience in a similar role working as an advisor to a wide variety of business functions where you need to influence change and action as opposed to directing.
- Current Working knowledge of the hospitality, convention and exhibition industry.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- You must be 18 years or over.
