Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to join AnglicareSA as the Senior Manager, Residential Services. This key role is responsible for managing and guiding Residential Aged Care (RAC) operations for RAC sites along with providing strong leadership to the site managers.
As the Senior Manager, Residential Services, you'll lead by example, nurturing and mentoring leaders to create an environment that promotes excellence and compassion in care.

What can you expect to be doing?
- Manage and lead operations for our six RAC sites in Adelaide Metro, from Elizabeth East to Trott Park.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, fostering a positive culture of teamwork, customer service, and accountability.
- Support a high-performance, people-focused culture and mentor leaders for their professional development.
- Actively participating in quality and risk management initiatives.
- Investigate and manage incidents, feedback, and concerns to ensure proactive residential care.
- Actively participate in quality audit activities to ensure excellent resident outcomes and compliance with accreditation standards
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing
- Extensive leadership experience in a complex multi-disciplinary Aged Care environment
- Previous experience managing a Residential Aged Care facility
- Strong clinical capabilities within the Aged Care environment
- Business acumen, including budget management and financial planning.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
