You will enjoy a wide range of flexibility in this role and working in a fully supportive team that work together to ensure the work is complete to a high level.
- 38 hours per week (enjoy flexible start and finish times)
- Monday to Friday
- Work from home 2 days per week
- Required to work from the office on Tuesdays
Your skills and experience will be required within the team to support the AP function whilst they transition to Baseware automation systems. You will enjoy reporting into the AP supervisor and working closely with a team of 9 AP professionals. The contract is for 3 months, however this could be extended (or your skills transitioned into another role).
- Timely processing of vendor invoices and credit notes.
- Accurate and timely reconciliation of vendor statements
- Support in relation to escalated invoice mismatches
- Support issue resolution in relation to vendor payments and send requests for credit notes
- Support month end close activities
- Support intercompany reconciliation
- Validate that internal controls are implemented and operational
- Responsible for general support of BA and Country Finance through the AP process
You will come from a background working in an Accounts Payable role working for a medium to large scale business working with a broad scope of suppliers. You will also showcase the following attributes;-
- Strong customer service skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to problem solve
- Team player and the ability to take responsibility and work unsupervised
- Financial accounts systems experience
- Highly organised, dedicated to the role and able to priorities
- SAP, Aurora or Baseware is highly advantageous (but not essential)
