Senior Manager Security / Red

Security is a top priority at ING Australia, and our security team plays a crucial role in enabling the entire organization to operate in a safe and secure manner. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager in Offensive Security to join our Tech security team, reporting directly to our CISO.

What You’ll Do …

• Build high performing delivery teams with high levels of engagement and engineering practices.
• Create comprehensive exploitation strategies that identify exploitable technical or operational vulnerabilities.
• Identify security weaknesses, explore impacts through exploitation, document results, and provide effective remediation recommendations.
• Develop solutions to testing approaches for situations for which information is incomplete or for which no precedent exists.

What We’re Looking For…

• Certification in OSCP / OSCE must have.
• OSWE certified or willing to obtain if required.
• Relevant IT security or development experience and experience in vulnerability identification/attacks and Penetration Testing / Red teaming.
• Excellent command of the MITER ATT&CK framework and in the cyber kill chain
• Good understanding of TCP/IP network protocols.
• Experience with scripting / programming languages such as C, C++, Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl etc).
• Good understanding for security solutions, security architecture, DevSecOps and security in hybrid multi-cloud environment
• Ability to work both independently as well as lead a team of technical testers on penetration testing and red team engagements.
• Experience in simulating advanced persistent threats (APT)
