The Senior Manager - Stakeholder Engagement (Digital Health Transformation) will:
- Supervise and guide the Stakeholder Engagement team, ensuring their performance meets expectations, managing scheduling tasks, and offering assistance when necessary.
- Lead and manage Stakeholder Engagement for the Digital Health Transformation (DHT) Program involving planning activities and providing expert advice on, and ensuring successful delivery of, strategic public affairs, marketing, communications, Stakeholder Engagement and change management.
- Assist the Director and Program Managers within the DHT Program in making informed decisions, addressing intricate challenges, and effectively navigating potential obstacles.
The Role:
- Lead and manage the delivery of Stakeholder Engagement, and change management for the DHT Program, including developing and managing relevant program strategies, policies, and operational approaches.
- Provide high-level expert advice in relation to contemporary strategic public affairs, marketing, external and internal communications activities for the DHT Program.
- Manage necessary financial, physical, information and human resources, including active supervision and development of personnel, budgeting, and planning as needed.
- Work closely and in partnership with the Director, Program Managers and Health ICT senior leadership teams and other senior staff across the Agency to ensure an integrated and consistent approach to delivering communications and Stakeholder Engagement activities for the DHT Program.
- Preparation of complex high-quality advice, submissions, policy papers, briefings, speech notes and other communication materials for a range of media and audiences, including the development and implementation of complex Stakeholder Engagement plans and content for the DHT Program.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term full time day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 30 June 2026.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant
- Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $135,408 - $144,527 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
