  • Lead the Talent Acquisition function for Zip in ANZ

As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition you'll lead our high-performing TA team as a player-coach, supporting the fantastic work the team delivers across all portfolios, as well as providing hands-on talent partnering and delivery to leaders across Zip.

Reporting to our Senior Director, People Culture & Talent, you'll sit on the P&C leadership team, playing a key role in Zip's future success through the delivery of diverse and high calibre talent, world class candidate experience, and robust and equitable assessment methods.

We'll rely on your experience leading a structured and scalable approach to how we attract, assess and select the most suitable candidates, as well as coach and develop TA partners to excel. Your goal will be to evolve and optimise our approach, while maintaining the exceptional delivery the team provides, and maximising the return on investment in our cutting edge TA technology stack.

You'll work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders, from our ExCo and founders to hiring leaders and hiring teams, coaching on assessment best-practices and ensuring our high bar for talent. You'll also play a key role in advancing our TA strategy, reporting, and insights, and collaborating across the People and Culture function on critical programs such as performance, employer brand, and DEI.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Talent Acquisition leader with proven experience in scaled or scaling technology and product businesses, to apply their knowledge and skills and help Zip become the first payment choice, everywhere and every day!

What you'll bring to the team

  • 10+ years experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment
  • 4+ years experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams and leading a TA function
  • Specific experience gained in product and technology businesses
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful TA strategy inc Technology ownership
  • Passion for diversity & inclusion, ensuring DEI strategies are ingrained parts of recruitment processes and targets are achieved
  • Ability to optimise a modern recruitment technology stack including inc process management and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with expertise in navigating complex and ambiguous environments
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience ensuring compliance with procedures and processes
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
