As our Senior Project Manager, reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer you will be responsible for providing expert project management advice relating to the delivery of the KYC refresh project and uplift of our transaction monitoring program.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will ensure the project achieves the required outcomes and deliverables, to the required standards of quality and within the specified constraints of scope, time and quality.
A few of your responsibilities:
· Responsible for end to end delivery of assigned projects within the prescribed internal project delivery frameworks and covering all required project delivery disciplines and key knowledge areas.
· Effectively plan and manage projects in alignment with the Project Delivery Methodology.
· Ensure that risks and issues are identified and managed.
What we are looking for:
· Strong and verifiable track record of project delivery within set parameters (time, budget, scope & quality).
· Experience managing relationships with internal business customers and external providers.
· Ability to direct and manage project resources.
· Certifications: Industry recognised certifications in the practice area and related areas of domain expertise including but not limited to PMI certification and PM methodology.
About you:
You are a highly self-motivated, seasoned Senior Project Manager with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. You are results orientated, have impeccable attention to detail, and possess the proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
You are a natural leader with considerable experience in liaising with junior and senior team members and have the ability to build and foster strong trusted relationships.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our financial crime uplift program in achieving its outcomes and deliverables, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of scope, time, cost, and quality.
