Talent Acquisition professionals, the
Senior Manager,
Talent Acquisition & Attraction is responsible for ensuring the Fund engages and recruits the highest quality talent in an efficient, fair, and compliant manner, in all respective markets. It liaises with senior leaders within the Colleagues & Culture domain, and across the Fund, to ensure alignment and promote engagement.Key responsibilities and duties include.
- Plan the Fund's Talent Acquisition requirements in line with the rolling 3-year business planning cycle.
- Oversee all recruitment activity, ensuring adherence to the Recruitment Standard and all applicable regulatory and legislative compliance requirements.
- Ensure the recruitment technology platform is fit for purpose.
- Design and implement innovative recruitment solutions, leveraging new technologies and emerging better practices.
- Define and manage strategic sourcing strategies for all priority talent segments.
- Evolve the Fund's talent communities and pipelines.
- Manage AustralianSuper's EVP and the continual development of a best-in-class employer brand.
- Oversee the development of employment marketing content and ensure consistency and quality of messaging throughout all Talent Acquisition platforms and channels, as well as internal colleague lifecycle activities.
- Develop the team's roadmap and lead its execution, including risk management and mitigation, ensuring strategic and operational alignment of functions.
- Stay abreast of global industry trends and market dynamics with a view to revising the team's priorities and roadmap in response to changing circumstances and emerging opportunities.
- Work closely with senior leaders across the Fund and colleagues in the Colleagues & Culture domain to ensure ongoing transparency and alignment.
What you'll need- Expertise in building and leading large, multi-layered teams, whilst driving team alignment and motivation.
- Senior experience with enterprise-wide functional responsibility.
- Expertise in developing and executing “best in class” employment branding and talent resourcing strategies.
- Experience designing, sourcing and rolling-out contemporary resourcing tools and processes.
- Exceptional relationship building and influencing skills at an executive level.
