We are a progressive accounting practice looking for a dynamic Senior Accountant looking to become an Assistant Manager to join our growing team. We are a tech savvy, forward thinking team looking for an outstanding new team member to join us in our office on the Gold Coast. The Role:
Due to strong growth, the position of Assistant Manager has been created.
This is your chance to step into a leadership role with a clear pathway to manager within 12 months for the right person. Your contributions will be integral to the business's future growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client relationship Management
- High level advisory and compliance
- Offer tailored solutions based on client needs
- Meeting KPIs and targets
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge
Ideally:
You're an experienced Senior Accountant wanting to move into an Assistant Manager role, and you have a passion for assisting clients and a natural knack for leadership. Your dedication to client success, coupled with your ability to work harmoniously with teams, sets you apart.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 4 – 6 + years Australian public practice accounting
- Ability to build and manage client relationships
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong technical tax knowledge
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Stable employment history
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for meeting deadlines
- Experience using XPM
