Senior Manager - Transformation6 Month Fixed Term ContractSydney LocationAbout the teamThe Business, Institutional and Markets Operations (BIMO) team is accountable for overall operations, as well as enablement functions, within Business Banking Operations and Market Operations. The service provided by this team is critical to success of the organisation and our Institutional and Business Bank Business Units.Do work that mattersAs a Senior Transformation Manager you will drive and lead digital initiatives across Institutional Banking & Markets Operations, reporting to the Head of Business Institutional and Markets Operations Transformation.A leadership role that requires a deep understanding of Intuitional Banking and Markets business units. You will work closely with our technology teams to develop and drive a strategic plan for digitisation of key products and process, with a focus on customer outcomes through exceptional change management.In this role, you will contribute to CBA’s NPS targets and promote a culture of agile leadership and frictionless customer outcomes through the innovative use of technology.You will also manage the ongoing development and execution of productivity habits aimed at driving improvements in processes that deliver increased business efficiency and customer satisfaction.More specifically you willBuild and maintaining trusted partnerships with key cross-functional and project team members.Act as the escalation point for any questions and clarifications as required.Lead and influence major strategic and transformation projects by conducting analysis, managing stakeholders, and taking ownership of deliverables.Utilise customer feedback to drive improvements to the design and delivery of services operational services.Provide expert guidance and acting as a point of reference to ensure completion of work items within the agreed timeframes.Represent the Product Owner cohort at senior business scrums and steering groups as required.More about youPrevious experience across both lending as well as capital markets products e.g. derivativesAn understanding of the technology landscape across both business unitsA proven history of taken ownership to deliver outcomes and through working closely with technology teams, create first-class digital experiences.You will also have demonstrated people management and leadership experience, stakeholder relationship and influencing skills, and proven continuous improvement and best practice identification and delivery.Strong strategic thinking and risk management capabilities are also essential.Risk Mindset –All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in our Sydney office.
