Reporting to the CMO, this key role is responsible for the development and delivery of the Australia and New Zealand strategic marketing plans. You will use your strategic capabilities to influence change across all facets of the marketing function including:
- Manage stakeholders including corporate locations and franchise partners to ensure relevant branding is adhered to at all times
- Manage the design and delivery of new and existing market research, including customer NPS, and develop response strategies as required
- Design and delivery of the annual marketing plan for AU & NZ, including monthly reporting on insights, opportunities, and results
- Partnership with the Customer Experience (CX) team to deliver both strategic and tactical campaigns that influence attendance, frequency, and retention across the AU & NZ markets
- Local area marketing initiatives to support services with high growth potential/low attendance, and ongoing consultation with the leadership team on the results of campaigns
- Delivery of a Group Marketing Fund strategy & plan (NZ only) to support the franchise partners, and ensure reputation and credibility is maintained
- Delivery of an annual B2B communications plan, to support the business in acquisition and retention of contracts
Qualifications:
- Extensive marketing experience in both B2B and B2C environments
- Minimum 5 years recent experience working with digital marketing channels (web, social, google etc)
- 10+ years marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing direct reports
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing / Communication or related discipline
