Senior Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Manager to join us at Protecht on a full-time basis at our global head office in Sydney.

This is a key role where you will be leading global Marketing Operations supporting our field marketing in APAC, EMEA and North America. As a Marketing Operations Manager you will bring your expertise in marketing technology, governance, and lifecycle marketing to lead our digital campaign execution and optimisation, SEO, website optimisation, , reporting, analytics, and data management.
Reporting to Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will have a strong marketing automation, digital campaign and Marketing Operations background paired with experience in data driven strategy development and delivery.
You are a tech-savvy marketing B2B professional, have experience working in a SaaS environment and you have exceptional stakeholder management skills. You are passionate about all things marketing. You have a flair for distilling data into actionable insights to drive performance. You are a people person - someone that gets the best from those around them. You are keen on finding successful outcomes for customers.
You are a HUBSPOT guru, an expert across the platform and can facilitate the usage across our marketing activities.
You’ll be a great fit if:

• You’re a master with marketing tech stack as this is a critical component of this role.
• You are skilled at Marketing Operations and already earned your stripes (5+ plus years’ experience would be great)
• Experienced in managing agencies, budgets and direct reports
• You are a self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment but want to have fun and a laugh too!
• Can you juggle? Some days you will move from task to task. You’ll be planning campaigns, analysing performance, optimising, accessing new opportunities, and making sure we’re raising our profile, developing, and progressing leads
• You come with experience in lead management, managing mar tech systems, database and campaign performance management campaigns
• Our marketing technology stack includes HubSpot and Salesforce and experience on these platforms is essential
• You are great with systems and will use multiple systems to execute your daily tasks. We are seeking a skilled professional that can set up the Marketing Operations frameworks such as forms, workflow, nutures etc.

• You are an innovative and strategic operations marketer with both digital and traditional skills as well as experience in marketing technologies, including marketing automation
• You come with experience in managing large scale domestic and international campaigns
