Our client is a world-recognised industry leader in the design and manufacture of high-quality technologies and materials handling solutions to both the national and international mining market. They strive for innovation, utilizing award-winning leading-edge technology.
They require a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to play an integral role in their dynamic Engineering Team, responsible for leading the design of mechanical plant and equipment in the Bulk Materials Handling sector.
Key accountabilities include:
- Performing and verifying designs using Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Ensure all designs meet Australian Standard and Statutory requirements.
- Leading and managing a dynamic small team towards peak performance.
To be successful in this role your will require:
- Degree qualifications (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in Mechanical Design and design management.
- Relevant experience in the Mining and Resources Industry.
