What you'll do:
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you will be part of a wider network of professional engineers working on both local and national projects. Specific activities will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide mechanical design expertise on single and multi-disciplinary projects
• Deliver best practice and outcomes for clients, saving on costs and time
• Take lead on small to medium size engineering design projects and support larger projects
• Communicate effectively with all external (clients, authorities) and internal (colleagues, managers)
• Be a supporting figure and mentor for lesser experienced engineers
• Have the ability to build solid client relationships and recognize business development opportunities (desirable)
• Represent and promote the business with the local and regional markets

What we'll love about you:

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
• Extensive experience within the local Building Services sector utilising Australian building codes and standards, ideally in WA
• Basic to intermediate level REVIT skills (highly desirable)
• A track record of effectively handling competing priorities, prioritising work and meet tight deadlines
• Strong liaison and coordination with external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Ability to lead, train and mentor junior engineers and communicate effectively at all levels
