About the opportunity

The Senior Media Adviser will tell the stories of Suburban Rail Loop in engaging, creative and compelling ways to raise awareness of the project and its benefits.

You’ll be able to track down and develop great stories and share them across several media, digital and social media channels.

You will work within a high performing Media & Content team in a fast-paced environment and under deadline pressure to help deliver major media announcements and events, effectively manage issues and mitigate risks to the project and the reputation of SRLA and respond to media inquiries.

Reporting to the Manager, Media & Content, the role will require some out of hours work on weekends and public holidays, as necessary, and potential management of a direct report.
