Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the smooth running of office and administration function
- Answering incoming client calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide administrative support to Directors and Consultants
- Assist with coordinating office events and corporate activities
- Email inbox management
- General office maintenance
- Purchasing of office supplies and consumables
- Assist with administrative reporting requirements
- Database management involving preparation of professional and accurate fee proposals
- Various administration tasks as required including document updates in accordance with the company Quality Management System
Our assessment criteria for this position will include:
- At least 2 years industry experience covering the technical skills identified as required for the role.
- Familiarity with the construction industry would be advantageous
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems would be advantageous
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Computer literate, skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, Microsoft O365.
- Experience working within a professional services office environment
