Senior Medical Officer

Position
Our client is seeking a locum GP ED doctors to work in a rural Queensland health service on an island off the coast of Townsville.
Working mostly in the Hospital ED with other Doctors and support staff.
You will be covering ward & inpatient departments, supervision of junior staff, medication administration as well as outpatient clinics.
You will mostly be working at the Hospital but on occasion you will be required to cover the Primary Health Care Clinic.

* Rate to be negotiated
* Travel, car and accommodation provided

Essential Criteria
* Fellowship (FRACGP/FACRRM)
* ALS2 Required

Location
A tropical Island with a resident community of about 5000 people. With clear blue water and green hills of tropical rainforest, this island is located off the north Queensland Coast.
