Duties of Medical Receptionist
Duties include answering phone calls, booking appointments, billing patients, cash collections, receipting of patients, workers compensation billings, use of eftpos machine, daily update and management of patients records, and other administrative tasks offering support to the doctors and nurses working at the practice. Experience working in a medical practice using Best Practice an advantage.
