Form of workThe Child & Youth Mental Health Service are looking for a Senior Mental Health Clinician to join their Adolescent Day Program team. The Adolescent Day Program (ADP) provides intensive and specialist multidisciplinary assessment and integrated treatment and rehabilitation to adolescents aged between 13 and 18 years of age with severe, complex and persistent Mental Health problems, often associated with complex developmental comorbidities and significant functional impairment across multiple domains. The role is Temporary Part-time for 10 months and is based at Logan Central.

About the Role
The purpose of this role is to deliver Senior Mental Health and discipline specific services within the Adolescent Day Program.
This includes:
- Delivering high quality evidenced based Mental Health and discipline specific clinical services to patients/consumers within a highly functioning multidisciplinary team.
- Contribution to the advancement of quality Mental Health and discipline specific services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.
- Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.
- Providing supervision and training to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA's).
