- Internationally Recognized Qualifications: Possess internationally recognized Mining Engineering qualifications.

- Experience: Demonstrated experience in technical and production roles across multiple surface mine sites, with strong expertise in mine production and planning.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Geovia, Datamine, and/or Deswik mining software packages.
- Autonomy & Proactivity: Capable of autonomous work and possess a willingness to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Documentation Skills: Experience in contributing to a broad spectrum of project documentation is in your repertoire.
