Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy Modern Workplace solutions including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools.
- Stakeholder Consultation: Work directly with clients and key stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with their strategic goals.
- Integration and Automation: Integrate various workplace technologies to create seamless workflows and automate routine tasks to improve efficiency.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to the latest security standards and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary controls and measures.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
- Leadership and Teamwork: when participating in projects supporting the objectives of the Digital Strategy.
Essential Technical Experience & Requirements
- Computer Science Degree or related field, or equivalent experiences
- Broad working knowledge of various ICT systems, including Cloud, Windows OS, Desktop, SOE, Virtualization, Middleware, and their inter-operation.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with modern desktop implementations, including Intune, Exchange Online, SOE development, Azure Virtual Desktop, M365, and Microsoft collaboration and productivity platforms.
- Demonstrated proficiency/in-depth knowledge of specific technology areas in point above
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) level knowledge in particular technology areas.
- Ability to design, implement, troubleshoot, support, and upgrade technologies in which you have detailed knowledge.
- Capability to provide advice and insights on technical specifics, known issues, and potential pitfalls of technologies in which you have detailed knowledge.
- Expertise in providing thought leadership, advice, and experience on technical specifics, known issues, and potential pitfalls of SME technologies.
- Understanding and experience with technical escalation avenues within a company, partner, and vendor ecosystem.
- Scripting languages: PowerShell.
- Proficiency with Azure Security Configuration & AWS Cloud.
