The Opportunity
Due to recent growth we currently have an opportunity for a Senior National Account Manager to join our Retail Pharmacy Consumer Healthcare team on a permanent basis.
The primary purpose of this critically important role is to direct and deliver iNova business category plans to assigned banner groups. You will also work closely with the Pharmacy National Business Manager to lead and execute key projects and initiatives that support the ongoing growth of the iNova Consumer Healthcare business.
Key accountabilities include:
- Developing and implementing a strategic, customer specific business plan that achieves all mutually agreed targets
- Effectively providing commercial and data driven insights and analysis
- Identifying and implementing effective customer programs that are driven through the brand visions and strategies
- Driving the demand fulfilment through effective allocation of priorities, active participation in S&OP discussions and consolidating and owning demand forecast.
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess extensive Pharmacy banner sales experience at a National Account level from within the pharmaceutical industry.
Other key requirements for this role include:
- A high level of commercial acumen including P&L management and data analysis
- Strong work ethic and professional commitment, energy and drive to deliver the results
- Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in a business / commerce related discipline essential
- Previous experience leading and executing projects would be advantageous
