About the Role
As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in their Information and Communication Technology (ICT) team, contributing to the implementation and support of networks for cloud and datacentre solutions. With at least 5 years of relevant ICT experience, you will bring expertise in maintaining and administering networks, particularly those involving Cisco networks and Call Manager, Aruba Wireless, and Palo Alto Firewalls.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and support Cisco networks, Call Manager, Aruba Wireless, and Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Provide active participation in the development, implementation, and regular review of associated strategies.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
- Direct the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to maintain systems and services within your remit, ensuring a high level of security, stability, and user experience.
- Offer direction and guidance for monitoring and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams voice and video is desirable.
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to work independently when required.
- Proficiency in understanding, creating, and maintaining technical documents.
