Our client is a Managed Service Provider located centrally in Adelaide servicing small to medium businesses with I.T managed services, fast local web hosting, computer networks and support. They work within most industries including but not limited to health/ medical, manufacturing, law, hospitality, accommodation, construction and insurance.
About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to be responsible for coordinating a small team of support technicians.
- Level 3 help desk support
- Project management or planning
- Monitor and rectify issues remotely and onsite
- Remote monitoring and management of devices
- Email monitoring, filtering and analysis
- Maintain network infrastructures
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the same or similar role
Knowledge of systems upgrades and implementations
Excellent communication and teamwork
Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in work
An ability to multi-task with excellent documentation skill
Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service skills
