AddressAs a Senior Network Engineer, you will be expected to deliver professional IT consulting services across a multitude of different clients focusing on network services and solutions. With your extensive knowledge and experience you will be able to assist clients in managing their network environments, including assisting with the development, design and delivering of network solutions. You will be an escalation point to our Support Engineers, be able to trouble-shoot and diagnose technical issues and offer solutions to ensure outstanding customer service is maintained at a high standard. You will work as part of the Engineering Team, and you will be supported by our consultants to provide solutions and work on projects for our clients and must be able to mentor, guide and do quality checks on other engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions using skills in routing, switching, firewall, wireless and cloud technologies.
- Develop technical design documentation such as high-level design, low-level design and configuration templates.
- Manage Client relationships and expectations for service and project
- Perform network planning and reviews to ensure client environments meet organisational requirements
- Provide technical oversight of projects through design, implementation and post- implementation review.
- Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, Wireless and Cloud.
- Deep technical experience on a speciality area that may include one or more of Routing/Switching, SD-WAN, Network Security, Wireless with relevant industry certifications such as Cisco CCNP and Fortinet NSE 4-7.
