AddressOur client is a boutique law firm in an exciting growth phase. With a busy property practice and new client instructions, they are looking for an experienced Property Lawyer or licensed conveyancer to head up the firm’s property practice.
Working closely with the firm partners, you will take the lead in a variety of property matters, with a focus on the buying and selling of residential property and off the plan transactions, as well as providing property advice to a range of clients.
You will be an experienced Property Lawyer or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience acquired in private practice. You will be confident to run property transactions from start to finish, build strong client relationships, and mentor juniors, while contributing to a friendly, fun, and collaborative team environment. It could be you have reached a ceiling in your current role or perhaps you want to work closer to home without jeopardising the quality of work?
