Job description

Is the endless summer calling you? Maybe you are an NT local looking for a new adventure? Or maybe, its time for you find the supports you’ve been looking for in your career journey.

Now we might be a little biased, but the NT is a place like no other, and ESA NT is a team like no other.

Imagine starting your days your own way – enjoying a coffee at the foreshore, walking along the beach, or going for an early morning swim (at any time of the year!). Imagine helping your kids off to school without the usual morning rush, being encouraged to attend school assemblies and finishing early on Fridays to find the best camping spots first.

Imagine easing into your day with options to work from home to plan your appointments, seeing clients online, in their community, or in our dedicated, set up and resourced therapy spaces (complete with great parking and coffee shops nearby!

Imagine being supported by a dedicated admin team, local leadership and mentoring, and working with children and families who are well matched to your interests, skills and experiences. You even have the option to join our established remote services team, where cultural sensitivity, consistency, and quality of services come first.

Imagine dedicated, shared lunch times, regular team development sessions, scheduled team collaboration with our large, local, multi-disciplinary team, along with your own, customised career development plan (and funding to match!).

And now imagine partnering with just 4 clients a day, with allocated time to follow up, communicate and collaborate on everything your clients need to achieve their goals.

At ESA, we believe in focussing on what you are good at, and allied health is what we do. Did you know that every leader in ESA is an allied health professional? As a member of our NT family, you will be supported by experienced local allied health leaders, who live in and understand everything that is unique to the NT.

About the role:

We won’t bore you with all the usual bits…. You know what you do.

So, here’s where its different…

As a part of the team, you will:

  1. Partner with clients through their “Therapy Journey”, our stepped-out pathway to exceptional outcomes.
  2. Be a part of our partnership with IAHA, supporting the next generation of Indigenous allied health professionals and Allied Health assistants.
  3. Utilise the next generation of client management systems – no more clunky programs or handwritten notes!
  4. Enjoy dedicated admin support for bookings, funding and managing referrals (along with keeping the tearoom and the toilet paper stocked up!)

About you:

A special skill is essential!

Great at baking brownies? Can tell an awesome dad joke? Have an epic dress up box?

We are your people!!

What’s in it for you?

Salary reflective of your experience and skills $80–$100k+ plus super

$5,000 relocation and / or welcome bonus

Up to 12 weeks annual leave per year, with our additional leave policy

$5,000 professional development grant, every year, which can be used for PD leave, course fees, flights, and accommodation.
