About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to work in our Durack clinic in Darwin.
Our team works collaboratively with families and believe in the enormous potential that lies within every child and young person. With the combination of focussed early childhood supports, including the Early Start Denver Model, a remote services team, and a family centred keyworker model, the NT team is at the forefront of excellence in paediatric services.

Key Responsibilities:
As a team leader your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Manage a discipline specific caseload
- Provide leadership and clinical supervision to our team of therapists, to support the development of their clinical skills and knowledge
- Support the clinical team and oversee activity to achieve best practice, quality and outcomes for children and families
- Development of clinic resources to ensure best practice standards and ongoing continuous quality improvement
- Escalate and provide feedback to the Practice Principal and Regional Manager, at both a local and national level regarding the needs of the team
What do you need to join?
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Experienced Senior Occupational Therapist with a passion for making a difference and developing | leading a growing team
- Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Compliance – AHPRA Registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, First Aid Training, Driver’s License & Vehicle
