The Early Start team are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead and develop a growing team in their Durack clinic.

What is the role?
- Manage a caseload of children and families
- Provide leadership and clinical supervision to a team of therapists
- Provide expert consultation and support to the multidisciplinary team
- Support the clinical team and oversee activity to achieve best practice, quality and outcomes for children and families
- Develop clinic resources to ensure best practice standards and ongoing continuous quality improvement
- Opportunity to join the remote services team to provide services to children and young people in remote NT communities
Is this the right role for you?
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
- Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
- An understanding of the issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) people
- Leadership experience highly desirable
- National Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker's Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate, Driver's License and vehicle.
