Summary of the role: Provide clinical leadership and supervision to OT team and AHA's; collaborate with a large vibrant Allied Health team
Permanent full time senior clinical position in the lovely rural town of Young NSW. Part-time and secondment applications accepted

Opportunity to act into Allied Health Team Leader role
The Mercy Care OT department provides care to subacute inpatients (rehabilitation/ geriatric/ palliative care), community outpatients, outpatient rehabilitation, paediatrics (community and school based) and hands clinic. Opportunity to broaden your skills and knowledge working in a rural generalist capacity.
As senior clinician, Mercy Care can facilitate specialisation in interest areas that align with Mercy Care services including hands / home mods / paediatrics/ lymphedema / rehabilitation
Regular professional development and supervision supported. Clinicians wanting to build leadership skills encouraged to apply.
ABOUT YOU:
Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA
Minimum of 3 years’ experience and experience in either paediatrics, rehabilitation, community, neurology, or gerontology
Desire to build leadership and clinical skills, shows flexibility and will support existing positive team culture
Current Driver's Licence

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
