AddressBarbagallo are seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team in Osborne Park.
As an integral member of the Parts Team, you will use your experience to contribute to the success of the department and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
About the role:
- Coordinating parts sales & enquiries for internal and external customers
- Identifying automotive parts/components using electronic parts catalogue
- Processing incoming orders and contributing to accurate inventory management
- Invoice preparation and taking payments
- Organising the dispatch of orders, working closely with warehouse team
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working as a Automotive Parts Advisor
- ERA Experience would be considered an advantage
- Good computer skills and able to learn systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Willingness to introduce new ideas and contribute to the growth of the department
- A strong work ethic and must be seeking a long term position
- Current WA driver's license
- Full Australian working rights with permanant residency status.
