About the role
To provide Occupational Therapy services in a Community Acute and Post Acute Care (CAPAC) setting while working as part of a multidisciplinary health care team aiming to provide a high-quality service.
Occupational Therapy services are provided to recently discharged patients, those who have presented to the Emergency Department to prevent an admission. You will work closely with members of the general Occupational Therapy and wider CAPAC team.
