Launched in Adelaide in 2020, Achievement Collective is an established and leading provider of mental health support services in the community. We are dedicated to helping participants achieve their goals and lead meaningful lives, and this is set to continue with the launch of Outcome Acceleratorstherapy services. The Role:
- Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs
- Conduct clinical assessments to determine functional capacity
- Develop participant-centred goals
- Opportunity to develop a specialised caseload
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior clinicians
- Offer evidence-based support services and recommendations for adaptions

About You:
- AHPRA-registered and equivalent board registration
- 3+ years experience (direct NDIS experience highly regarded)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Positive attitude and good team player
