Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Office Manager, with at least five years’ experience to oversee the administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. As a Senior Office Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries including: answering the telephone and reception duties.
- Assist in organising: company events and employee business travel arrangements.
- Book clients’ monthly meetings and prepare documents for same.
- Prepare reports for clients from the Howsafe Portal.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and inventory management.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable working environment by coordinating office services such as: facility management and maintenance, cleaning etc.
- Handle financial administration including: invoicing, debtor control, end of month procedure etc.
- Preparation of client safety management systems.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- At least five years proven experience in office management or administrative leadership role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office management software.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
