As a Senior Officer, Academic Services, you will:

• Assist in the development of student communication and training/information resources for stakeholders across the university in relation to curriculum changes.
• Support the Senior Coordinator, Academic Services with the review of the RPL framework for the Student Services Admissions team and maintenance of RPL Coordinators list on behalf of the faculty.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, providing feedback to relevant areas and contributing to the streamlining of academic service processes, communication lines and support services.
• Build new and productive relationships with a diverse range of, stakeholders or key and influential individuals across the university.
• Strive for excellence and consult regularly with stakeholders to clarify who requires the information, the purpose for which it is required, criteria for success and where and when advice and recommendation is required.                                                                                                                   

To be successful, you’ll have:

• A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
• Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• Administrative experience working within a large organisation with formal administrative structures, policies and procedures, preferably in a tertiary educational institution.
• Experience in admission and enrolment processes in a university setting
• Experience in provision of course advice to students/staff
